This song began as a simple experiment testing a new prompter for Prompt-Lee — but once the orchestral score emerged, it became something far more reflective.

I found myself thinking about the world we now live in: a world moving faster, fracturing deeper, and changing more dramatically than at any other point in my lifetime.

Since 9/11, certainty itself feels increasingly unstable. Despite all the technological progress and comfort of the modern age, we often seem further from peace, flourishing, and stability. The ground beneath us feels like it is shifting.

This song is an expression of that tension — the feeling that the world is quaking beneath our feet, and the unsettling question of whether we are truly prepared for what comes next.
