This poem was written 20/07/2022 while I was in Prison.
It is a sombre reminder that we are carers and responsible for how we live upon the earth, not just in our actions but also in the choices we make daily that impact the environment. Each decision we undertake, from the smallest habit to the larger lifestyle, has the potential to either nurture or harm the delicate balance of nature. This responsibility urges us to reflect on our consumption patterns and the legacy we wish to leave for future generations, emphasizing the importance of sustainable living and mindful stewardship of the planet.
